To prepare myself for my day, I do a morning meditation that involves scented candles, incense and burning sage. There will also be scented candles or incense in the room during our session. Lately, I have had clients come who are allergic to these things. I cannot change the way I do my preparations, as this is what I have always done. If you were interested in a session but are not able to be in the room with the scented candles or incense then I would suggest you do a phone session instead.
